This is my #2 Budget Clay-Graphite crucible and my pouring thong. The crucible cost me around 20$US.
Including shipping! There's the exchange rate and custom taxes which make it more 40$CAN but it's ok.
The ring is 3/16 all-thread. The rest is some scrap I picked up and cut. Everything is arc welded.

See the crucible with the small V8 can as a reference. I'll make small bronze and brasse things with this.
Now need to make the pick-up thong.
